If you are from out of state, state law requires you to register your vehicle within 20 days of permentantly establishing residence in Pennsylvania

Here are some other things you'll need...

• You need 2 forms of identification


• You will need proof of insurance


• Make sure to take an odometer reading on your vehicle to measure the amount of miles you've travelled since your last registration.
